


Community Health Worker HPV Vaccination Project ECHO is a learning opportunity offered by the American Cancer Society for community health workers in the North Texas area. This opportunity will provide 12 DSHS Certified continuing education credits. Participants must work in one of the following 26 counties: Cherokee, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Rush, Smith, Somervell, Tarrant, Upshur, and Wise.

Private Provider HPV Vaccination Project ECHO is a learning opportunity offered by the American Cancer Society for private providers in the North Texas area. This quality improvement opportunity will provide 25 MOC Part IV credits. Providers can not actively participate in another HPV quality improvement project and must practice in one of the following 26 counties: Cherokee, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Rush, Smith, Somervell, Tarrant, Upshur, and Wise.
